Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 24, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of injury247.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Injury 24/7 ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise engaging with our services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Injury 24/7.
2. About Our Service
Injury 24/7 operates an attorney advertising and connection service. We collect basic information about people who may have been injured in an accident and route that information to one or more participating personal injury attorneys or law firms who may contact you to discuss your potential claim.
3. Not a Law Firm; No Attorney-Client Relationship
Injury 24/7 is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation. Nothing on the Site should be construed as legal advice.
Submitting information through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Injury 24/7 or between you and any participating attorney. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a separate written agreement directly between you and an attorney.
Participating attorneys are independent from Injury 24/7. Each attorney is responsible for evaluating potential cases, deciding whether to accept representation, and providing legal services in accordance with the professional conduct rules of the jurisdiction in which the attorney is licensed. Injury 24/7 does not select attorneys based on any assessment of the quality of legal services they provide.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Each case is different and depends on its own facts and circumstances. Injury 24/7 makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome of any claim, the amount of any recovery, or the quality of legal services provided by any participating attorney.
5. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
6. Your Representations
By submitting an inquiry through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You understand that:

11. Disclaimers
The site and all information and services provided through the site are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Injury 24/7 disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.
Without limiting the foregoing, Injury 24/7 does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information obtained through the site is accurate, complete, or current.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Injury 24/7, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the site, any content on the site, or any services provided through the site, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Injury 24/7 to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the site exceed one hundred dollars (US$100.00).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Injury 24/7 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 15 will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, other than a claim for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights, shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Nassau County, New York, or another mutually agreeable location, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Injury 24/7 agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and post the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
